Who Says Water and Wine Don't Mix?

From the Gold Coast of Lagos, to the unique magic of the Arade River, ending with a divine wine tasting.

Rio Arade, the river that connects Portimão to Silves - one of the oldest towns in the Algarve. You can experience a lot of local variety, unique beaches and fantastic views over the towns of Lagos, Portimão and Ferragudo. On our boat, and on an epic journey, we will help you find the answers.

The chance to experience the charismatic Ponta da Piedade, its slopes, beaches and breath-taking views, and finishing up relaxing at a unique wine tasting at the Arvad vineyard overlooking the town of Silves.

With a trip time of approximately 4 hours you will have a unique experience that can be shared between family and friends, where you can visit the famous rock formations of Ponta da Piedade, go up the calm, picturesque Arade River and finally try regional wines accompanied by local delicacies, and enjoy a calm view of the countryside and the wonderful city of Silves. The wine tasting lasts about 1h30, where you can enjoy a guided tour of the estate and taste their best wines in the company of an experienced oenologist who can guide you through the flavours.

A Big Day…

Between slopes, beaches, dives and smiles.

From Ponta da Piedade in Lagos to Benagil in Carvoeiro, with a lunch stop in Ferragudo. Enjoy the best of three worlds. The Golden Coast in Lagos to the unique and impressive Benagil cave, with a stop in Ferragudo at a restaurant of your choice Find a fascinating world of memorable experiences. With departure scheduled for 10am, get to know Ponta da Piedade, its rock formations as well as the Lighthouse, which has been guiding us since 1913.

On your way to Benagil, several different landscapes will fill your morning. Between smiles and dives, you will reach the epic Benagil cave and Marinha beach.

On the way back, with a stop near the village of Ferragudo, you can choose from several restaurants, for a unique and certainly delicious gastronomic experience. Between typical dishes, live music, or just a simple meal, the whole family and friends can choose what is to their liking. We will certainly wait for you, to bring you back to Lagos.

The route of discovery

Among the most emblematic cities of the Western Algarve, we have the city of Silves. A city full of history, bathed by the Arade River, which meets the ocean making margin with Portimão and Ferragudo.

In this wonderful landscape that the Arade River offers us, we find a small great restaurant, a few miles from Silves, on the banks of the Arade. The Club Náutico de Silves, is certainly a point where your meal takes on magical contours, wrapped in a super relaxed, almost tropical spirit, here you can taste the best meat and the best fish in the region.

Calm, peaceful and in the open air, it offers a relaxed space for the whole family. Oh and there's a pool for the little ones.

Notwithstanding the gastronomic experience, discover the entire coast between Lagos and Silves, and being embraced by the beautiful landscapes that Ponta da Piedade offers, its beautiful beaches and coves. As well as having the opportunity to go up the whole river, with its serenity that characterizes it so much and arrive at a local restaurant that will round off the whole experience.

The journey from lighthouse to lighthouse.

From the Ponta da Piedade lighthouse, to the unique and exclusive lighthouse that marks the end of Europe, the Cape St. Vincent Lighthouse. On this 2h30 trip the surprises are many and the smiles hard to contain.

Starting with the queen, our Ponta da Piedade, its beaches and rock formations, passing through the various localities that show a completely different Algarve, sailing, between beautiful and deserted beaches of our coast and seeing the slope changing from mile to mile, we will arrive at Cape St. Vincent, this is not just any cable, it is Cape St. Vincent, the one that represents the end of Europe, because after that ... only the United States of America.

With a duration of 2h30, you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, mostly deserted, beautiful bays and coves, where the water is sometimes so transparent, that we do not feel sailing, but flying. It is a fantastic flight, where Infante Dom Henrique, in the 15th century, set up the navigation school that allowed the Portuguese to discover the world. And what a fantastic world that was discovered.
